Review the order list
Open My Orders to review registered orders. You can sort columns, adjust the page size, hide or show columns, and apply filters according to the information you need to analyze.
Learn how to create orders, manage existing orders, review details, and use filters, columns, and documents in the portal.
Prerequisites
Before working with orders, make sure you have a business partner, commercial entity, accounting entity, products, units, and addresses available.
The My Orders module lets customers create new orders and review their order history. For administrator users, it also works as a consolidated view of the orders generated by customers registered in the portal.
From this section you can review order number, creation date, customer, commercial entity, status, delivery dates, and details of the associated items or documents.
The order becomes the single reference for the customer, the sales team, and operations. By registering basic data, items, delivery address, and documents from the portal, dependence on emails or external files is reduced.
The management view lets you sort columns, change page size, show or hide information, and filter by order number, dates, incoterm, status, or currency.
Use this flow to create an order as a customer or to manage existing orders as an administrator.

Search for the product, enter the quantity, and select the unit. If the order includes more items, add more line items and repeat the entry for each product.
Choose a registered address, check the country and delivery data, or select Pick up at plant if the order will be collected directly.
Upload PDF files related to the order, such as a purchase order or other required documents. Select the document type before attaching it.
